RETURNS
  • We offer a 14-day refund, and charge 15% restocking fees with buyer paying return shipping for unwanted items
  • Return item(s) must be original state, unused and in the exact condition as you received it with reasonable wear and tear. Any physical damage such as soldering or modified bases will be subject to restocking fees. We will inspect all returned products before accepting them
  • Shipping & handling fee is non-refundable

WARRANTY
  • We offer 2-year Manufacturer Warranty for full replacement on defective ballasts only
  • Our warranty only covers manufactured defects that do NOT include normal wear and tear(such as scratches and dents). All faulty products due to improper installation or improper use will NOT be covered by the warranty. Any physical damage such as soldering or modified bases will void your warranty too. We will inspect all returned products before accepting them
  • Please inspect all product prior to installation, and report to us any defects within 5 days of receiving the package
  • Buyers are required to obtain an RMA number from us before returning anything back to us. Packages sent without approved RMA # will be rejected at shipper's own expense
  • Defective or DOA product will be offered replacement/exchange only
  • Buyers are responsible for shipping & handling fees
  • If the product is found to be not defective upon inspection and was reported within 5 days upon arrival, buyer will also be responsible for paying shipping & handling fee to us before we return the item
