DESCRIPTION -This listing is for an early 70's "Niles era" Slingerland drum set. There are 4 pieces and then a 12" rack tom that was purchased independently of the main kit and is more of a champagne color and does have the Slingerland badge, though it is the same era tom and is indeed a Slingerland and integrates with the kit just fine.

ACCESSORIES -Includes two arms; One single Tom Mount and one double tom mount. Also includes as a bonus: Protection Racket Model 5028 28x12x12 Equipment Bag!
PHYSICAL CONDITION -Very Good. The wrap on the floor tom and solver rack tom is coming off slightly at the very edge but is held down by a lug on both toms. There are nicks and oxidation on some of the metal on the kit, though overall the drums look great and are in very good condition. The wrap has been re-done on the snare but apparently the rest of the drums are original.
WORKING CONDITION -Excellent. The bearing edges were re-done on all the drum by Hollywood Pro Drum. Sounds great!

LIKE NEW: Formerly owned but shows almost no signs of use, near flawless, could be mistaken for brand new. Might still have all or some of its original packing materials or accessories. It is super clean and appears to be brand new.
EXCELLENT: Near new condition with only light/normal signs of ownership. It may have a few small blemishes here and there, but only under close inspection, or in areas away from common view. Its CLEAN! 100% Functional unless otherwise stated.
VERY GOOD: Shows moderate use and various signs of wear with some misc. nicks or scratches, maybe some dust in hard to reach areas,but overall the item looks great is 100% Functional unless otherwise stated.
GOOD: Well Used, might have some dings or dents, light oxidation, dirty or dusty or other blemishes, or a missing knob or small part etc, but otherwise tests and works 100% unless otherwise stated.
FAIR: May show a lot of use with noticeable wear, oxidation, dirty in various areas, damage, may be missing a knob or part and/or a functional issue and require repair.

If you receive an item and it is not functioning or in the condition as advertised, you are welcome to return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item, with free return shipping. In the case of international buyers, when a refund is issued, we do not compensate for any customs fees, duties or taxes.
Regarding international sales, Techno Empire will not be responsible for the improper use or incorrect voltage applied to electronics. If an item we sell to you is not rated for the voltage of your country, it is your responsibility to get the correct voltage transformer to operate the item correctly. Otherwise damage could result, of which we will not be held responsible.
We do our best to test each piece of gear and describe it as accurately as possible before listing it. We take lots of photos also so that YOU can make the fairest evaluation of the items physical condition for yourself.
