By bidding on or purchasing our item(s), you agree with our terms and conditions. If you don't agree with our terms, please do not bid/buy.

ITEM DESCRIPTION

Due to differences in lighting, fabric textures, and your computer settings, the colors shown in our pictures may not reflect the true colors of the item(s). All measurements are approximate and may not be 100% accurate, although we try our best to be as accurate as possible. Some items may be pinned on the model. We use the same photo for identical items in different sizes. The correct size of the item is what is listed in the auction and not what shows in the photo. By bidding on/purchasing our item(s), you understand that in some cases the colors and/or appearance of the item(s) may not be exactly the same as they look on the photos and/or their measurements and size estimates are not 100% accurate.

Some items stated as new with tag may have the hanging price tags from a department store but not necessarily the original manufacturers'hanging tags.

Some of the products we offer are overstock or customer-returned merchandise and were previously available for sale in a retail environment and exposed to appreciable customer contact. In addition, since they are sent through a reverse supply chain from a retailer back to a centralized warehouse) they can show further signs of handling. Some items may need to be washed/dry-cleaned/ironed before wearing due to wrinkles, surface dirt, handling/makeup marks/deodorant marks, or other minor marks from department stores.

SHIPPING & COMBINED SHIPPING

Items will be shipped within 4 business days of cleared payment. Only business days are counted. We do not work or ship on weekends and Holidays. For example, if your payment is cleared on Thursday, your item(s) will be shipped by the next Wednesday if there is no Holiday in between.

For domestic customers, combined shipping is provided for items purchased within a 4-day period: the highest shipping fee will be applied first, then each additional item will receive a shipping discount of 50%, unless otherwise stated in the item description. Such an exception is usually made for big, bulky or heavy items. If one of your orders is already shipped, you will be responsible to pay for the next item shipment.

PAYMENT

Paypal is the only payment method accepted. We kindly request that payment be made within 4 days of auction end. If you are bidding on multiple items to save on shipping, the auctions must end within 4 days of each other; otherwise you will not receive the shipping discount. If you do not pay within our 4-day guideline, we will relist your item and open a non-paying buyer dispute without giving notice.

FEEDBACK & COMMUNICATION

As much as we try to be perfect, mistakes do happen. We appreciate it that you let us know when we make a mistake. We can't fix a problem if we do not know about it and we strive for Happy Customers and 5-Star Feedback. We always resolve issues with our customers if items are grossly different than represented due to our errors/oversight.

When you contact us, we'll try to address your issues in a timely manner - we usually reply within 2 business days. Sorry we don't work and cannot check and answer emails on weekends and Holidays.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Unless otherwise required or requested, international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International, which may not have tracking information.If you need tracking information, please select, or contact us to ask for Priority or Express International service (shipping fee is much higher than First Class Mail International).

Also, orders with total value of more than $80 or total weight of more than 4 pounds must use either Express International or Priority International service with tracking info (shipping fee is higher than First Class International).

International buyers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, fees and charges related to import/export of item(s) purchased. Please check with your country's customs office to determine import costs and fees prior to bidding/buying. Government regulations prohibit marking merchandise below value or marking items as gifts.
