Unlocked HSPA Expresscard by Option.
This is compatible Tmobile US 1700/2100 AWS band. It may be compatible with  World 2100, but you must check with Option

World compatible as a quad band Class 12 EDGE (2.5G) device.

I used this card extensively with Tmobile and a Windows XP laptop. Although I will supply the Option software I used, I do not know if it actually works with Windows 7. I installed it under Windows 7, but did not have a SIM to test it with.

Includes the OEM Option PC card adapter for use in laptops that have the old style PC-Card slot.
