Established in 2005, KOALA PRODUCTS rapidly grew to become one of the best known suppliers of specific fishing tackle in the country today.
Based in the heart of Cheshire, we are centrally located giving easy access to motorway links to supply our brand trusted fishing tackle products effortlessly throughout the UK.
KOALA Products have established a reputation for providing quality fishing tackle and accessories, excellent customer service and sound technical support and advise.
With a modern warehouse and a stock list of over 300 products, we are able to supply an excellent service to all our customers.
The company has built its reputation on customer service and sound technical support which we are always striving to improve on in all aspects of these services as well as providing a greater range of high quality brand trusted fishing tackle and accessories as and when they are available.
Our staff are fully trained and are able to answer any questions that may arise or assist with any orders.
Office hours: 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday CLOSED Christmas, Boxing & New years day, Weekends and Bank Holidays.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched next working day. Please allow 1-5 working days for delivery.
Note a signature is required on receipt of your delivery, If you are unavailable our couriers will leave a card for you to respond too if access is available. If we or they do not hear from you within 24hrs and the item is returned to us undelivered at our cost we will assume that you do not want the item/items and reserve the right to issue a refund to you for the items price alone.
Note also that if you supply us with incorrect address details we will not be held responsible for any losses or lack of delivery due to your own negligence in providing incorrect information, we reserve the right not to refund you in these instances and pass all responsibility on to you for your actions that are out of our control.
Due to additional charges imposed by our couriers for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and Northern Ireland, a surcharge may be levied to cover carriage to these areas (listed below). We advise customers to contact us for a final postage fee before finalizing orders.

KOALA PRODUCTS will accept returns for genuinely faulty goods, which will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. 
Note this does not include accidental breakages or user error. All items are quality checked before dispatch.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.
