If you can't find the costume you want in my store, maybe you could provide us clear photos of the character you want, we will try our best to make them for you! All costume we sell are new, made with standard size or custom made to your own measurements. If you have any questions, please contact us.

All costumes are hand made in our factory and post via Express service from China.
The item will be made and shipped in 5-7 working days
You will receive your item in 3-9 working days after shipment.

Return Policy
We are willing to offer highest customer satisfaction and complete fairness to all our valued customers.
We offer refund or exchange/ costume alteration for defective items/missing items/ items significantly different from our description. Please contact us within 3 days after you get your item. We will give you return instruction after defect proved.
For wrong size, once confirmed the error occurred by our side, we will make a new one costume with free of charge. If this caused by the wrong measurements buyer provided, we are not responsible for refund.
All costumes are made in your own size, please check your order carefully before submitting. In the event that a mistake has been made on a processed order, please email us in 24 hours after your submitting, Order Changing only works in this time frame.
We ship all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting complete address information required. In the event that necessary shipping information is left off the order during the checkout process, we are not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package.
