PROTECTING YOUR DATA

The Hard Disk Drive (HDD) is a Self Encrypting Drive (SED) that won't affect your performance by automatically encrypting your data. Along with the Trusted Platform Module (TPM), they protect the data on your local storage. A fingerprint reader makes signing on personal to you, while anti-theft prevents unathorised access. Or you can use the optional smart card for more advanced security solutions. Even if your A50-A needs updating, the IT department can do it remotely at any time.

Please note: All orders can only be delivered to the address that your credit or debit card is registered to on your PayPal Account.

You may return an unused item within 7 days for a refund or an alternative product.

• We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
• We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.
• Items that bear health & safety issues such as mics, headphones cannot be accepted for refund once the box is opened due to hygiene reasons even with in 7 days. Customers will have right to have them repaired as per their warranty terms.
• All Software products, such as Anti virus, MS Office etc, once bought cannot be refunded as per standard policy about such products.

When returning an item back to us please provide the following information to help us process you return as quickly as possible.

• Your eBay Username
• Your Name
• Description of the problem (If any)
• Date purchased
• Reason for return

Once you return has been accepted we will then issue a Returns Number and instructions on returning the item.

The customer/buyer pays all returns shipping and the original shipping cannot be refunded. We will also not refund the eBay fees paid on the original transaction at approximately 5%. (i.e. £200 item = £10 fees). Unwanted returns after 7-days is at the discretion of Laptop Outlet and will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee if accepted. (25% of ebay sales price)

The item must be repackaged exactly as you received it with all manuals, leads accessories etc. The item must be unused with no marks or damage and it must be able to be resold as new. If it is returned in the same condition it was sent in - new condition there will not be a problem with a refund else a 25% re-stocking fee will apply.

We have the right to refuse an unwanted return which is made after 7 days from date of purchase and may be subject to a re-stocking fee if accepted.

Returns & Refunds for Products with RTB Warranty (Return To Base or Return to Store)

Any products with RTB Warranty means that Laptop Outlet provides Warranty itself. Please Note that to avail the warranty, Customers will need to either bring in or send the machine to Laptop Outlet at their cost to get it fixed. Once the machine is fixed, customers will be informed so that they could arrange a collection or pay Laptop Outlet to ship goods to them.
