Payment Methods: Cash (in person), certified check, bank transfer, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place prior to making your final bid.
Deposit: The successful high bidder must sign our Sales Order and submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due: The buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transaction must be completed and cleared before delivery or pickup of the vehicle.
Additional Fees and Taxes: All transactions are subject to a $249 dealer prep fee which includes the cost of a final run through our detailing shop and under goes a safety inspection, registration, and temp tags. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for all state, county, and city taxes and fees as well as title and registration fees for the state the vehicle will be registered.
Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will help the buyer find a shipping company. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full and cleared payment must be received prior to the vehicle being released to the shipping company.
Buyers Inspection: Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you, but please be advised that all used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail from normal usage. Peak Autosports welcomes and recommends a buyer’s third party pre-purchase inspection. If you plan to have a pre-purchase inspection, please contact us PRIOR to the end of the auction. You are not bidding on an “option” to purchase the vehicle, but you are agreeing to purchase the vehicle “As-Is”. Buyer is responsible for any third party inspection charges and fees.
