  • Delivery of your item will take place between Monday-Friday and between the hours of 09:00am-5:30pm and must be signed for at the registered PayPal address, it will NOT be left in safe places or with neighbours.
  • Deliveries may only be attempted twice, with a calling card left each time. If the item is returned to us as a failed delivery after 2 attempts a Fee of £10.00 may be charged for any further delivery attempts.
  • Free delivery of all items is included in the price of the product unless otherwise stated. Our free delivery offer covers England mainland, Wales and parts of Scotland. For other areas such as the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Shetland Islands and the Republic of Ireland, delivery fees vary (see below)

All items despatched from Support Services UK Limited are tracked and must be signed for by the recipient. If the item arrives damaged, please sign for it “received damaged”, this allows us to pursue compensation with the courier company.

Product Warranty:

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA), please contact us through eBay messaging to obtain this and full instructions for return. Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by a 12 month warranty. This warranty is held directly with us. In the unlikely event that your product becomes faulty due to poor manufacturing within the first 14 days of purchase, Support Services UK Limited will arrange collection free of charge and replace the faulty product (if confirmed faulty. "No fault found" will result in the same product being returned to you) upon the return of the original item. Outside of 14 days but within the 12 month warranty period, Support Services UK Limited will offer a repair service; you will be liable for the cost of transport back to Support Services UK Limited. Any damage or mis-use is not covered by the warranty.

* In the unlikely event you have any issues with a product, please give us the opportunity to resolve prior to leaving feedback.

Packaging

* Support Services UK Limited request that you keep all packaging, this may be required should the item need to be transported within the warranty period. We do not provide replacement packing.

Cancellation Period – 7 days

• If you wish to cancel your purchase / return a product, please contact us via the contact seller button within 7 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) and instructions for return. Please note that for an item to be accepted for return and refund, it must be in its original condition, with all packaging, manuals and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is not received in accordance with these requirements. A refund will be given subject to the following.

• You will be liable for the cost of return carriage.

• All accessories must be unopened and the product in original packaging and condition.

• The product must not have been used or installed.
