Redid the thermal compound ~7 months ago and updated BIOS A05 to a more recent BIOS A15. At this point I am only taking it out for updates and also being a university student the money would certainly be helpful.

Disclaimers: the lid has some light scratches on it, Dell logo on lid has seen better days, the touchpad surface is slightly worn, and the SD card reader can sometimes be a bit finicky (if SD card is left inserted when shutdown it may not be detected upon the next boot; will have to eject and reinsert SD card for it to appear). There is a small crack on the plastic above the smart card reader as noted in one of the pics. Note that one of the RAM sticks is a lower clocked PC3-8500S vs a PC3-10600S; it works fine however from what I understand the system will downclock to the slower RAM speed. Still works fine and the 4gb is recognized by BIOS and Windows. I will only do the initial install, the activation, and the update to Service Pack 1 of W7 Pro 64-bit, . Buyer is advised to install an antivirus of their choice upon receipt of the E6510.

I do offer a shipping choice of USPS or UPS. Please do not forget to choose one before ordering.
