We ship within 24 hours of receiving payment! (if paid for Sunday-Thursday)

We ship most of our items using USPS. If we overcharged you for economy shipping, we will ship your package using a faster service so that you get your item/s sooner.

Warranty:

We offer 14-day warranty hardware failure. Our warranty does not cover any intentional or unintentional damage to the product. Our Hard Drives go through a vigorous stress test to ensure their robustness. 

Returns or Exchanges:

If your product is defective on arrival, we ask that you ship it back to us and we will give you money back or exchange it with another (based on quantities available).
