All standard items are delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class Post or Royal Mail 1st Class signed post . All orders are delivered within the UK for FREE unless stated. I aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours Working days(unless stated) of the order being placed and delivery usually takes 1-3 working days. . All items bought by 12noon Monday to Friday dispatched same day.

High value items are sent Royal Mail Recorded Signed For and so will require a signature on delivery. Orders placed after 12.00noon on Friday will not be processed until Monday morning.

EXPRESS - SPECIAL DELIVERY NEXT DAY OPTION

For the majority of our items, also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed by 1pm the next day (excluding Bank Holidays, weekends) cost applies

Clearly festive periods and holidays such as bank holidays can lead to backlogs in mail system. Please buy special delivery if item required for specific date. Royal Mail are an excellent courier are very rarely there are issues. When there is I will let them know

European Delivery

I am able to ship to selected European countries via Royal Mail Airmail, others International Signed and tracked.

Delivery to Western Europe is usually within 6 working days and delivery to Eastern Europe within 9 working days. Can be earlier and can be later. If tracking is required take it at checkout, some areas only tracking option is avaiable

Shipping to Australia  New Zealand USA is either Standard Airmail or International signed for. Goods will have to pass customs. Delivery can vary. From7 -14 days standard airmail

Waiting for your order to arrive

Your order is with the Royal Mail who state that 90% of their First Class mail arrives the next day, but if yours doesn't the Royal Mail has the following advice: 

Is it less than 4 working days since your mail should have arrived? If so, hold tight, it's probably on its way but may have been held up by an incomplete address, no Postcode, or unusual circumstances.

Is it 4 to 10 days since your mail should have been delivered? If so, the Royal Mail classes your item as officially delayed and they recommend that you should check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where mail may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox, contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection. 

Have 10 days past since you item was posted to you? The Royal Mail will now class your item as lost and I will either send you a replacement or give you a refund. Please contact me stating your order confirming name and address and confirming that you have never received the item as we will pursue the issue with the Royal Mail for compensation and your email/letter will be used as evidence, and I will email your local sorting office to let them know off issue.
