Der Ersatzmotor verfügt über alle Bauteile wie Antriebsteile, Lichtmaschine, Anlasser usw. Er wird wie abgebildet geliefert. Im Lieferumfang nicht enthalten ist der Vergaser. Bei der Montage ist nur auf die Lichtmaschine zu achten. Hat der gelieferte Motor in der Steckerbelegung des Lichtmaschinenkabels einen Pin mehr oder weniger besetzt, sollten die Lichtmaschine und der Rotor des alten Motors übernommen werden. Der Ersatzmotor verfügt über 2 belegte Pins im Stecker der Lichtmaschine. Alle anderen Bauteile sind identisch.

Wichtig! Den Ölstand in Getriebe und Motor nach erfolgter Montage unbedingt prüfen. Aufgrund der Ölqualität chinesischer Hersteller empfehlen wir, das Öl nach 50km Einfahrzeit zu wechseln. Das Ventilspiel sollte ebenfalls kontrolliert werden. Bei beiden Ventilen sollte ein Maß von 0,08mm eingestellt sein.

This replacement engine is complete with all the drive parts, alternator, starter motor etc. Carburettor not included. When installing the engine, you need only take note of the alternator: if the replacement engine has a different pin configuration on the alternator, the alternator and rotor from the old engine should be reused. The replacement engine has 2 pins in the alternator plug. All other parts are identical. IMPORTANT: check engine and gearbox oil levels after installation. Owing to the quality of oil used by Chinese manufacturers, we recommend changing the oil after a 50km run-in period. Valve play should be carefully monitored. Both valves should be set within 0.08mm. The engine is supplied in secure transport packaging.
