Please take note that SPECIAL Discounted products and products that provide FREE Shipping are not eligible for combined shipping. In some cases, when we do not receive any combined shipping note from buyer, we would normally send a notification to the buyers requesting for combined shipment and we will refund any excess shipping charges. However, we do not take responsibility when products are sent out individually, as they are usually sent out the moment the payment is cleared. In cases like this, shipping charges will be applied to each shipment individually.

The maximum insurance covered for registered air parcel is up to the declared value or maximum USD30.00, for courier express the maximum insurance coverage is up to the declared value or maximum USD100.00, whichever is lower.
