Please read title, description and interchange information correctly before purchasing to ensure you are purchasing the correct item, if you are at all unsure whether you are purchasing the correct item please contact us first so we can help you purchase the correct item, first time. Item you are purchasing may still need to be installed in vehicle and occasionally item may get broken or test faulty upon removal, in this situation we will replace it with an identical item from another vehicle, if we have a similar item (ie. different colour or different km reading etc.) we will contact you first and offer you either the similar item or a complete refund.

Shipping:

All small items under 20kg are sent via Australia Post Eparcel with tracking & signature. Once item has been dispatched you will receive an email with all tracking information regarding your item you purchased. All large or bulky items are sent via courier and freight pricing will vary depending on your location, please make sure you contact us first in regards to freight pricing before purchasing large items as you may

Terms & Conditions

- Unless otherwise stated all parts include a 30 day replacement warranty & does not cover any freight charges(longer warranty available at additional costs).

- Incorrectly purchased items due from faulty by buyer (not reading description properly or comparing to their original part) may be returned within 14 days, but will be refunded minus original freight cost plus a 20% restocking fee.

- New parts MUST be returned in their original packaging or else no refund will be given.

- Collection of items are welcome during our Business hours Mon-Fri 7am-5pm & Sat 8am-12, however we have 1000's of new parts listed on ebay and we can not always keep in stock, so please make sure you call us first to arrange pick up.

- Unpaid item cases are automatically opened after 5 days

- Postage is picked up at 2pm Mon-Fri and most of the time second hand items purchased before 1pm will be sent same day and new items purchased before 9am are sent  same day unless we need to back order item, which can take up to 3-5 working days.

- Feedback is important to our company and if you have any problem with your transaction, please contact us first before leaving neutral/negative feedback as we will try as best we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase and most problems can be rectified quickly/easily.

All panels, bumpers, snorkels etc. that require painting/installing must be dummy fitted/aligned first before any painting/cutting etc. as we do not take any responsibility for any damage/loss.
