MULTIPLE ORDERS:

We will happily combine shipping regardless of the number of items purchased. After making your purchase, please select the "request invoice" option or email us and we will merge your orders.

PAYMENT:

Payment methods accepted are Bank Deposit, PAYPAL and Money Order. International buyers must use PayPal only!

If you send a personal cheque your item will not be sent until this has cleared, which can take 1 week+ and will delay posting of your item.

Please finalise payment in 7 days, if this isn’t possible please let us know and we can extend your payment term.

All items include GST and all sales will receive a printed Tax Invoice.

RETURNS:

We honor exchanges and refunds within 10 days of purchase date. All returns must be in original condition (the product must not have been be worn). Once we have received the item, the full purchase price minus the original shipping fee will be refunded.

POSTAGE:

Postage is as stated above in the listing. We have a 1-2 business day handling time applicable to all orders.

Shipments are expected to take a total of 3-7 working days for delivery.

Please Note – All Parcels are sent via “Regular Parcel With Tracking” with Australia Post. Registered or Express post is also an option that we provide which you can pick.

We are not able to facilitate pickups. All of our orders are dispatched by post.

If you feel that your order is unsatisfactory all orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund (less postage costs).
