This Bicycle comes partially 85%  assembled with manual included. In addition to assembly,brakes and gears will  need adjusting. we recommend assembly being done by an experienced bicycle  mechanic.

　

　

Postage and Delivery

We use courier - fully trackable  courier system for your peace of mind. Please note that courier is not associated with Cyber. Do not leave negative or neutral feedback regarding freight issues as we are not in control of logistics matters. If you have any concerns with your delivery, please contact courier with your tracking number, or msg us and we will contact courier on your behalf to solve any problems.

Delivery costs include handling, quality packing to keep your item safe, fuel levies, tracking options and express courier cost. Items are sent within 1-3 days of your payment transfer being confirmed. All deliveries are made between 9am-5pm weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends.

Important: Please note that once the goods are signed for the buyer takes full responsibility for the condition of the goods. If the goods show signs of transit damage, please contact us within 24 hours of signing for the goods. Any claims made outside the 48 hours will be refused.

Despatch:

Paying your invoice including freight will result in your item being automatically despatched from our warehouse to the address listed in your eBay purchase details.  Please msg. us to advise us of your direct pick up request.

Heavy Items:

Any items over 35 kilos will require the customer to assist the driver to unload the item. Any items over 70 kilos will require the customer to have two people to assist the driver to unload the item. If additional help is not available, the item can be collected from the nearest depot, or the courier can arrange a tail-lift truck at an additional cost . Please contact courier if you think you may need this service.
