The majority of items we sell are new although some of the boxes are damaged which we class as reasonably good. These we buy from many wholesalers but the kits are undamaged and it gives buyers a chance to get a bargin. We reserve the right to vary the price of our 'Buy-It-Now' Listings from time to time.
Some of the kits we sell are previously owned. These we do check to the best of our ability and describe and photograph if damaged or started.
We are keen for all of our customers to enjoy their purchases & don't want any of them to be disappointed. So if there are any unexpected faults with your purchase please contact us & we will do everything that we can to resolve the matter.

Due to the amount of parcels going missing or never received we only deliver using second class signed for with an option of first class signed for, this is the only way we will dispatch items, we would like to add that the cost of the postage is for the packaging,(bubble wrap, brown paper, tape) and includes the final value fee that ebay has added to the cost of postage (sorry), if this is not for you we fully understand, we still wish to ship goods world wide but please contact us before buying or bidding to obtain a postal price.

WE ALSO OFFER TO BUY YOUR UNWANTED KITS

       Most of the items we sell are plastic model kits which require construction. Images    may show a completed model which has been built and painted.
       This is to show what can be achieved with this kit but some skill, effort and additional items will be needed to finish the model.
       Unless otherwise specified they require paints and glue which are NOT included in the kit and need to be purchased separately.

If you are unsure whether the item you are buying is a finished model or a construction kit that requires paint / glue please ask before you buy!

1. If you haven’t received the item after 9 working days. Please email us 2. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us after you receive. 3. All unwanted items must be returned complete, unopened and in a re-saleable condition at the buyers expense. 4. Any item that is found to be faulty or defective, please contact us for a replacement (normally this will be a refund as we do not stock more than one of the same item to give you choice hopefully this will change soon with your support). 5. Item should be returned with 24 hours of receipt in unopened condition as received for refund. 6. A Charge may be made if package has been damaged and needs to be repacked.
