This Nutribullet is 120 Volts in USA. In order to properly use the Nutribullet outside the US, you will first need to purchase a voltage converter/step down transformer to convert the 240 volts electricity which is used outside the US to the 120 volts used in the US. If a converter/transformer is not used, the Nutribullet will not work and will most likely burn the motor. Please check into this before purchasing the Nutribullet and but at your own risk.

You may return this unit as long as it is unused and sealed inside
original box. All accessories must be included inside box along with
original box. You
may return any new computer OR monitor purchased from us only if that
is "dead on
arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened sealed
boxes,
for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We reserves the
right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal
to 15 %percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents
the condition of the product. Any returned computer that is damaged
through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in un-sellable
condition
due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a
higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. We
will not accept returns of any Monitors, desktops, tablets or notebook
computers more than 30
days after you receive the shipment. Customer is responsible to ship
item back to our warehouse.
Refund will be made only on unopened items within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and only if item is returned in the condition that it was received.
