About shipping

- We send out packages once a week on Friday,
- Orders paid before Thursdays 12 am (CEST +1) will be processed for the next Friday, after that time for the following week.
- We need up to 5 working days to process the items and packages,
- The postal service needs some days for delivery as well, see the companies websites (DPD or POSTNL) for more info,
- Tracking data for customers outside EU will be provided by us via Ebay back-end,
- Tracking data for customers in EU will be provided by DPD on the email address as stated in the customer’s Ebay listing.

If you think the delivery time we need is longer then desired, please buy your goods from other sellers to avoid problems and any unhappy feelings on either side.
