- Order will be shipped within 72 hours during normal business hours.
- We cannot ship via USPS, since there is no tracking capabilities with this service. Express service or overnight service is available at extra cost.
- Shipping cost quoted here is for ground service to 48 continental states only. Ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Canada cost more.
- Ship to Canada will require a deposit for the custom duty and brokerage fee, it will is fully refundable after you pay all those fees to Canada Boarder.
- No PO, APO, or FPO box addresses will be accepted. UPS, FedEx, and other carriers cannot ship to these locations.
- All shipments are covered with insurance against shipping damage. When shipping damage occurred, please notify us within 5 business days. Delayed notification of damage will void the shipping insurance.
- Please do not discard any package materials, unless you decide to permanently keep the item.

- All returns must be completed within 7 days. Return for Exchange only.
- A 15% restocking fee will be imposed on items that are returned for reasons other than warranty repair/replacement
- All defects must be reported to us before return. RMA number is required for all returns except for shipping damage.
- Any shipping fees incurred for returns (including taxes and duties) are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
