Ø  We take no responsibility for items damaged in transit that do not have insurance. If you are concerned, please contact us and we would be happy to add insurance to the transport for an additional cost.

Ø  Items will be sent to the address that you provide on eBay. Please make sure you postal address is correct, as we are not responsible for any lost goods.

Ø  Please note that we combine postage on multiple purchases, please ask for a quote.

REFUND/EXCHANGE

Ø  Please ensure you carefully read the item description and view the photos as we endeavour to detail the item accurately.

Ø  In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the product let us know within 7 days to return the product for an exchange.

Ø  We will refund or exchange faulty items that are genuinely faulty. (Please note; Postage costs are not refunded and buyer must pay for the return postage.)

Ø  Faulty goods must be reported back to us within 24 hours of receiving them.

Ø  To obtain a refund or Exchange you should return the goods within 7 working days of receiving the goods and not dispose of, lose, destroy or damage the goods in any way.

Ø  Goods must be returned in its original packaging and re-saleable’ condition. Once we have received the goods, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item only not including any postage charges paid.
