SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Ø  Your item will be packed securely and shipped out within 24 hours of payment being cleared. (Please allow up to 2 - 7 business days for delivery.)

Ø  We endeavour to pack our items carefully and securely so they are not damaged in transport.

Ø  We take no responsibility for items damaged in transit that do not have insurance. If you are concerned, please contact us and we would be happy to add insurance to the transport for an additional cost.

Ø  All Items are delivered by Australia Post with Tracking on Delivery

Ø  Items will be sent to the address that you provide on eBay. Please make sure you postal address is correct, as we are not responsible for any lost goods.

Ø  Please note that we combine postage on multiple purchases, please ask for a quote.

Ø  If you are not completely sure on the total amount of multiple items, please email us the item numbers you're interested in or the item numbers that you have purchased and I will confirm the amount.

Ø  Remember all postage is based on the weight & size of the items you are purchasing. We are happy to quote you the combined postage price

Ø  Please note that we do not have any affiliation with any of the transport companies mentioned and cannot guarantee postage times. We will provide you with a tracking number once the goods have been sent. After that time, please contact the transport company direct with any queries about postage time.

Ø  Please do not leave any feedback about shipping time once it has left our hands as this is out of our control. If there is any problem with postage please contact us, as we will strive to uncover the problem on your behalf.

REFUND/EXCHANGE

Ø  Please ensure you carefully read the item description and view the photos as we endeavour to detail the item accurately.

Ø  In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the product let us know within 7 days to return the product for an exchange.

Ø  We will refund or exchange faulty items that are genuinely faulty. (Please note; Postage costs are not refunded and buyer must pay for the return postage.)

Ø  Faulty goods must be reported back to us within 24 hours of receiving them.

Ø  To obtain a refund or Exchange you should return the goods within 7 working days of receiving the goods and not dispose of, lose, destroy or damage the goods in any way.

Ø  Goods must be returned in its original packaging and re-saleable’ condition. Once we have received the goods, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item only not including any postage charges paid.

Ø  If the product is faulty on arrival or there is another issue, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will work with you to rectify the problem. Please note this does not include damage in transit - see shipping policy for insurance details.
