Repair usually takes around 3 weeks to 2 months which depends on the faulty parts. We will contact our customer once the item has been repaired and will ship the item back to our customer within 3 working days.
Within the 6 months warranty period (Start from the day of receipt), the repair fee and the cost of the part will be covered by us. However, if item has been damaged by human, fluid, by any misused, or found with rom flashed, system has been rooted; customer need to responsible for the repair fee and the cost of the replacement parts.
After the 6 months warranty period, customer can still contact us if there’s any problem with their item. However, if item needs to be sent out for a repair, customer needs to responsible for the repair fee, service fee, charge for replacement parts and the shipping cost.
