All items are to be paid for within 3 days. All non-payers will a non-paying-bidder alert will be filed plus reported to eBay.

We will use your PayPal shipping address as the delivery address. If you would like to change the address, please send us an email before sending payment and leave a note at PayPal payment. Then, we will change it for you automatically.

To pay by Credit/Debit Card or Bank Account please contact us.

We aim to pack and dispatch all our items within 24 hours of payment (Monday to Friday). Any order  received before 12AM on Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Items purchased over the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday.

WE DO OFFER COMBINED DELIVERY DEALS.

For the UK, the postage and packaging is free BUT some items will be charged.

Goods must be returned in their original condition. For hygiene reasons make sure item is not used. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 working days of receipt.

We are happy to accept returns for items that are not suitable or if the item is not as described by us. Please note, for hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if items they have been used, opened, or the packaging is damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please complete the Returns Form with your order and from there you can arrange for the item(s) to be sent back to us.

 

Liability:

The cost of returning the item to us is your liability, and we cannot refund return items lost in the post. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded or tracked delivery service. A link to a discounted tracked service can be found on the 'returns' section of ebay.

Postage charges are only refunded when the goods are confirmed as faulty, or the wrong item has been shipped.

 

How long does the return take?

Please allow 7 to 10 working days from the date we have received the parcel for the item(s) to be checked and for the return to be processed.

Please note: exchanges are subject to availability. Where replacement stock is not available a refund will be issued for your item.

 

International returns:

If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains 'returned goods'.
