This item, just like all of our items, is being sold "AS-IS". This is because we don't warranty anything that we sell. That is why you get such good deals. If we have tested it, we will let you know how we have tested and for how long. Usually no more than just powering a unit up to see that everything boots and works. Software that is factory sealed is what it says it is. Just like when you buy software in your local retail store, you are buying it AS-IS because once you open it, you own it and can't return it. In case there is something missing or disfunctional in the sealed box, then you talk to the manufacturer about it. We usually don't have the same inventory twice. We don't sell junk and our feedback shows that. If there is any warranty left on an item, it is the buyer's responsibility to transfer the remainder of the warranty to them. Of course, if you have any questions we will be happy to answer them.
