A  beautifully carved Victorian pearl hand holding coral 'keys'. There is also a small turquoise stone set into the white metal collar.

These hands were sometimes worn as pendants but were more likely to be fobs or charms.

Length from top of collar to longest piece of coral is 5 cms. The item is in good antique condition with just a small ding to the collar (see photo).
