Returns
Hassle Free returns after 30 days of receipt of product if you are not happy with the look or style of the product. Product must be returned undamaged and unworn, no scratches or marks, with all the original packaging and documentation. If the these conditions are met you will be refunded 100% with 5 days of us getting back the product.

Used/Spare Parts and Display Models
- We do up cycle a lot of Frames which are cleaned and sterilized before listing, sometimes we add spare parts to the used frame to make it new again. We sometimes sell display models which generally are like new but mainly without Tags
- We offer both new and used spare parts, the used are taken from used frames
- Sometimes we break new frames down to be sold as parts, as these parts can be difficult to be obtained, when we do this the frame goes with the packaging and case if one is included. The lens will be sold separate but we always give the picture with the Packaging to show what lens and frame combination it came from.

Auctions
If we have an item at auction we like to keep that item on auction, please don't ask us to to do a buy it now if there is a bid on the item as we will not remove from auction once there is a bid on the item as we have to be fair to the bidder who placed the bid on that item and we like to honour that practice.
