Returns
Our goal is for customers to purchase items that they need. However, if for any reason you are not happy with the product you purchased from us, we have a very flexible return policy as follows:
90 days return/exchange from date of purchase on all items purchased from us. 30 days unconditional money back guarantee, we cover your return shipping if our products are defective.
Return Procedures:
Email our customer support team to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #, when sending this request, please address the issue clearly and in details if possible, if we are not able to help you to solve the issue then we will issue you an RMA# right away to make return arrangements.
