Free shipping is for the lower 48 states only. Alaska and Hawaii ship at higher shipping rate. Contact us for a quote PRIOR to purchase.
Items are generally shipped within 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment. Items that are to be customized or dyed may take up to an additional 2 weeks for processing before shipment. If you ordered your shoes in any color other then white then your shoes needs to be dyed.
If your needing an item quickly please contact to see if we can get the order rushed to you. Rushed orders will charged an additional fee for in house rush and or expedited shipping.
We realize that Ebay is open 24 hours and day 7 days a week. However we are only able to process orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Any purchases made after 4 PM and on weekends and Holidays will be processed the next business day.
Items are shipped directly from the manufacturers and on rare occassions the listed item maybe "out of stock". If this should happen you will have a choice as to whether you would like a full refund or have the item placed on "back order" status and shipped once the item is back in stock.
We will strive to get your item to you as quickly as possible. Please be sure that you order your items in plenty of time for your event. When your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Once you have recieved shipping confirmation please allow up to 14 business days for your shipment to arrive.
All items are packaged by the manufacturer. If you receive an item that is damaged or short please contact us and we will have the manufacturer send you a replacement.
PLEASE NOTE
We do not accept returns on any shoes. Only exchanges with the following conditions. Buyer responsible for return shipping cost plus a 20% restocking fee.
Buyer will be invoiced through PAYPAL for the cost of reshipment of the new pair and the 20% restocking fee. Once payment has been made for the exchange we will then send the return authorization # and return shipping address.
Exchange must be for the same style shoe. If new size is not available then we reserve the right to defer to the NO RETURN POLICY.
We do NOT offer exchanges or returns on ANY Dyed Shoes.
If you ordered a color other than "White" the shoe was dyed for you.
