Can we have next day delivery?
Yes you can, this will cost an additional £15 to £25 depending on weight but this should be ordered before 1pm by phone on
01254 692888 or 07526 552444 .
Can we have a Saturday Delivery?
Yes we can arrange this, Please order before 12pm Friday by phone.This will be an additional £25 - £35 and will be between 9am and 12.30pm
When do we deliver?
We aim to despatch your items within 3/5 workings days, if any different then we will let you know. Deliveries normally take place between 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. We can also arrange a next day or a time delivery at an extra cost, please phone the team for further information.
How do we deliver?
Smaller weight items are delivered via our Parcel Van Company or overnight Freight which is usually next day (i.e. flat packs, bedsides etc) and Large items via our Pallet Network Company. We will email you delivery method with tracking details once dispatched with timscale of expected delivery.
How will my items be delivered?
Delivery is usually expected within 2/5 working days, usually our couriersare very good is is delivered next day. However Once the item(s) is despatched then we will email you via eBay with the courier delivery method, company details and also a tracking number with expected timescale.
How does Pallet Delivery work?
If your item is delivered via a pallet this will be to KERBSIDE only, for safety and insurance regulations delivery drivers are not liable to take goods into the residential properties. Due to this reason our entire pallet deliveries are upgraded to a booking service free of charge which means pallet couriers will contact you prior delivery to confirm delivery dates and timescales.
What happens with the pallet?
It is Customers responsibility to make all necessary arrangements to take their goods in their own home and to dispose of the pallet, drivers are not insured to help.
Failed Delivery.
If its with Overnight Carriers as next day. We will email you if your delivery is with this method so you can make arrangements, if you cannot be avail, leave a note on your front door for driver with delivery instruction i.e leave with neighbour, garage, back door.
If it's via our Parcel Van Company then they will leave a calling card for you to contact them directly and rearrange.
If it's a Pallet Company then this will result in a further charge, as this would have been pre-booked by telephone and agreed with yourself.
Change I change my delivery Address?
Changes to delivery address MUST be notified at the time of payment/order, otherwise it will incur an admin charge for redirection once the item has been despatched.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for your goods, please check external of the boxes to ensure this is free from any damages, rips, dents, squashed corners, in the event of any damages to the boxes then please make a note and sign accordingly to say you have received these but damaged. This will speed up a replacement item should it be required.
