MAUI JIM Sport "Banyans" Sunglasses.  The frame is tortoise shell in color and the lenses are brown.  On the outside right lens at the top, is the Maui Jim signature.  Inside the left bow, is the following information - Banyans CE US Pat 7717557 MJ.  Inside the right bow is the following information - Maui the letter R with a circle around it 412-10-70[ ] 12-113 Made in Japan.  Inside and outside at the end of both bows, are soft rubber pieces, and some of the tips on the ends of the rubber pieces are missing.  The nose pads are of a smooth rubber on both sides of the pads.  MJ factory screws are tight and in place.  Outside the right lens by the right nose pad are 2 scratches and outside the left lens close to the top of the frame is a scratch.  These scratches are noticable, but do not interefere with my vision.  It would appear that the scratches are on the coating of the lenses and perhaps could be polished out and recoated by your eyecare professional.
