Ship to Address We ship only to the valid address on file with Paypal. For security reasons, we are unable to alter the addres or redirect the package after payment has been made. |
Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. In the event an order does go through an insufficient shipping was calculated, we reserve the right to bill additional shipping. |

Returns
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #).
Please contact us at 888-888-2087 to obtain an RMA #.
An RMA number must be issued within 30 days of purchase, and we are unable to accept a return after 30 days.
Returns for refund are subject to a 15% restock fee.
Returns for an exchange are not assessed a restocking fee.
**Non-Returnable Items: Opened Software, Opened Video Games, Opened Gift Cards, Opened Printer Ink, Furniture, and TV's 32" and larger.
If any "Non-Returnable" item is defective, the item can be returned or exchanged directly with the manufacturer. TV's 32" and larger are serviced for free within your warranty period inside the home.
Damaged In Shipping: All orders are shipped fully insured. In the unlikely event your item was damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately and retain all packaging. A claim will be initiated and you will have a choice to have a reship or a refund. |
Warranty All times are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. For details of that warranty, please contact us directly and we will provide those for you. |
