General Information

We will combine shipping, please contact seller for a combined shipping quote. We ship internationally, please contact seller for international shipping rates. Please be advised that standard international shipments (USPS First Class International Mail) have an estimated delivery time of 14-20 business days. Delivery time does not include the time required for your package to clear customs in your country. Seller is not responsible for extended delays due to foreign customs. Seller is also not responsible for any extra charges applied by your country's customs department for receiving international merchandise. We ship items every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you need your item by a certain day please contact us Before Purchasing the item and we will try and work something out. All items purchased before contacting us will be shipped with the standard shipping rate . Please see Standard Shipping for more information.

Express Shipping

Express shipping for both Domestic and International purchasers is available, please contact seller for rates.

Standard Shipping

Standard orders will be processed within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. We are unable to guarantee delivery times, due to the fact that we are not in control of standard carrier shipping services. The selection of the shipping carrier is at the sole discretion of the Seller. Items are not shipped until payment has cleared.

Shipping Rates

Shipping & handling costs are based on size and weight of the item and do not vary based on location when shipped within the US. Please do not contact Seller for Continental US shipping rates unless you are requesting expedited shipping , combined shipping or Express shipping.

Payments

Payment must be made within 7 days of purchasing an item. If you are buying additional items and would like to combine shipping, please wait until all items have been purchased to check out. Separate payments will be shipped separately and can not receive combined shipping.

Return Policy

If the item doesn't fit or if you don't like it, you may return it to us for a full refund. Simply return the item. Once we receive the item we will issue a full refund of the purchase price less shipping. Only the original merchandise price is eligible for credit. All products must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it. If you have used the item, it can not be returned. If the packaging has been damaged or destroyed, it can not be returned. All returns must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of when you receive it. Returns postmarked after 7 days will not receive a refund, and will not be returned to sender.

Due to the nature of the merchandise we sell, items purchased between October 1st and November 1st may not be returned. The only exceptions to this policy are: if the merchandise we shipped was damaged, or if we shipped a size or style other than what was ordered.
