Please read our policies before purchasing this item. We try to be as fair as possible and if we make any mistakes in the shipment or description of this item we will gladly pay for shipping this item back to POWERmellon and refunding the original freight and purchase price. If the buyer has a change of heart after purchasing this item and wants to return it, the buyer is responsible for the original freight/handling and the freight back to POWERmellon. If no original freight was charged, the item is subject to a restocking fee (keep in mind that UPS/Fedex do not refund us the original freight if the buyer returns a item).

POWERmellon sells both NEW and Factory Refurbished items and we've had very good experience selling both. If you have any problems with your item, please let us know right away. There is always a chance that the item you receive does not work properly but fortunately we have experience very very low failure rate. But in case your item fails or does not work properly, let us know right away so we can make the situation better.

We expect our customers to do a little bit of research before buying a item. We are a Wholesale Reseller and we sell our item discounted at a low margin. We are not a Retail store so you are not allowed to buy the item, "test-drive" it and then return it at your leisure. All sales are final but we do accept un-opened returns (within 7 days of receiving) and items that do not work properly (unless otherwise notified in the POWERmellon WARRANTY section above). Any returns might be subject to our "up to" 20% restocking fee.

POWERmellon – Shipping Policy:                      

• Currently we do NOT offer International shipping.
• Freight quoted is based on the 48 Continental States.
• If you're located in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, please contact us for a freight quote as it might be different.
• We ship via UPS, Fedex or USPS but we will automatically ship via UPS unless otherwise requested.
• We always include Insurance with all shipments.
• Most shipments are sent with Signature Required so let us know if the ship-to address will not have a person to sign for it and we will try to make other arrangements.
• We do NOT offer Local Pickup.
• POWERmellon charges sales tax for any shipments sent to Florida.
• We do not Refund freight, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• SHIPMENTS TO CANADA: The buyer is responsible for all Taxes, Duties and fees charged when importing to CANADA. POWERmellon does not pay for these fees. UPS will collect on Delivery. Please contact UPS for brokerage fees detail. Any refused shipments because of these fees will be subject to freight charges both ways. We also offer USPS Express delivery.

POWERmellon – Payment Policy:               

• PayPal payment must be received within 3 days of the end of the auction. If you cannot pay within 3 days, please notify us the day you order the item.

·         We accept PAYPAL, Wire Transfer and Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex) payment methods. CC payments need to be approved before purchase. 

• If your address with PayPal is unconfirmed, we need more time to verify your payment and your shipment may will be delayed for 1-3 days or cancelled.

·         Attention: Your bid is a contract. Non-paid bidder will be reported to eBay. Negative feedback and Unpaid Strike will be issued which may suspend your eBay user privilege.

POWERmellon – Returns Policy:

• Before you purchase this item make sure this item is what you need as our Return Policy does not allow you to play around with this item and then return at your leisure!!
• We accept Returns for 7 days for this item as long as the item is in the original condition with all the original materials, Unopened and with NO writing on the Retail Box!
• Any returns are subject to a Restocking fee of up to 20% of the sales price, if we accept the Return. No Refund on Freight.
• In case of a return, Buyers are responsible for paying for return freight back to POWERmellon, unless otherwise agreed upon. Make sure you Insure the shipment too.
• Any and all technical issues with this item should be directed through Lenovo as Lenovo provides FREE technical support.
• POWERmellon does not offer technical support for this item but in case you have problems with Lenovo's technical support, POWERmellon will gladly assist you as we can.
• If POWERmellon make s mistake in the purchase process, we will gladly pay for shipping the item back to us and refund both the original freight and refund the item 100%.

POWERmellon – Feedback and Why it is Important to us:

• You should receive a UPS email notification with tracking number included. Let us know if you didn't get such an email and then we can send it through ebay message. The tracking number may not appear in the UPS tracking system until next morning. 
• Once your item arrives in satisfactory condition, please leave feedback for us. Currently eBay has a new rating system called DSRs. It's those little stars you click on when you leave feedback. When you give 4 stars, it may seem like a great score; however, Ebay considers this a sub-standard score. Their standards require Sellers to maintain 4.8 and above or be penalized with higher fees and more.
• If you were pleased with this transaction, please respond with all 5 stars! If you are not, please let us know what we did wrong and what we can do to improve.
• We will gladly provide you with a positive rating as soon as you have paid for the item you ordered in a timely manner.
