Payment is due within 4 days of auction end. I only accept Paypal right now, but other servies or arrangements can be made if you have a problem with your Paypal account. If payment is going to be delayed due to unforseen circumstances please contact me, and an extension may be given. If I file a non-payment complaint, it is only so I can recover the commission I was charged on the sale. I will drop it immediately if payment is made while it is still open.
If you win more than one item, please wait for me to send a combined invoice for all items, so I can combine shipping costs, and apply any discounts.
I do my best to ship all items on the same or next business day after payment is received. All packages include delivery confirmation. I only ship to the Paypal confirmed address. Shipping cost is calculated based on the final packed weight of your item. I will be happy to combine shipping when possible. Please wait for an adjusted invoice before paying to get the discount. I reserve the right to change shipping carriers or service to provide better service. Many times I will ship Priority Mail even if only Parcel Post is paid for by my buyer. Similarly First Class Mail is sometimes only a few cents more than Media Mail, and I prefer the buyer to be surprised with faster delivery, and the better care the package gets with those services when it is finacially feasible to use them.
I accept returns on most items if you receive an item that you are not satisfied with. If an item was damaged in shipment, or is significantly different than what was described in the listing. You must contact me within 3 days of delivery, and be willing to work with me to resolve the issue. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, which may be reimbursed if there was an error on my part. I do not accept returns if negative feedback is left, so please understand that I am human, mistakes do happen, and give me a chance to correct the problem. Sometimes a partial refund or other agreement can be reached to allow you to be properly compensated, and allow me to keep my 100% positive feedback rating. Items sold in "as is" condition, or "not working/for parts" , and some collectibles which are condition sensitive but can be easily substituted will not be returnable. This will be clearly stated in the description of the auction if that is the case.
