We primarily buy overstocks and closeouts so unless specifically stated, all items are brand new from the
factory with original packaging and normally factory sealed.

Refunds:

·               I only refund the purchase price of an item if I have grossly misrepresented the item up for auction and buyer contacts me first to get permission to return.

·               If you have ANY PROBLEMS with a purchase from me, please contact me. I am happy to work with you on a resolution. I want ALL my customers satisfied with their experience with me. You must contact me within 3 days of receiving item.

·               If an agreement to return is made between seller and buyer, the buyer has 1 day to return the item by priority mail or FedEx (the buyer pays ALL shipping fees)

·               and item must be in the EXACT same condition as when seller shipped. If new item, it cannot be opened.

·               All tags must remain attached.

· Items can not be returned once it is open and used.

·               Defective items are returnable if I'm notified within 3 days after receiving.
