L.D.C Value Analysts are trained to do a detailed product inspection. We have a very talented staff of Value analysts that meticulously inspect every item that we list on EBay. SHIPPING AND EMAIL

Emails here at L.D.C are answered by a staff of people that only have so much time in the day (as you can imagine) so we try to get to them all and indeed we are pretty good about it but we ask for your patience as we only answer them Monday-Friday 9AM-5:PM . We ship using standard USPS PRIORITY MAIL and Global PRIORITY services and we do not have the ability to ship by any other method. We are constantly growing and developing new systems and have a few restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience these restrictions may cause. We only ship USPS service and this usually takes between 2-5 business days depending on where you live. Shipping Costs are fixed and clearly stated on each listing, we do combine shipping. We have multiple facilities, and cannot guarantee that everything ships from the same location. We can ship worldwide. We charge $38.00 flat to U.K and Europe plus 50% off per additional item. And $28.00 flat to Canada plus 50% off per additional item. And $38.00 to the Asia and Australia plus 50% off per additional item. We can only ship to confirmed pay pal address per pay pal instruction. If you have an issue with this you are going to need to contact us and make further arrangements. We cannot ship with third party tags. ie: your FedEx/ups account. We will ship to apo/fpo address, If an item is damaged in transit leave everything the exact way that it was when you received it from the shipping service and contact us immediately for further instructions. Once we ship your order you receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment. This includes a tracking number and a link to our carriers' web site where you can track the progress of your shipment. Please note, we assign tracking numbers before our carrier actually picks up your item(s) tracking links may take up to 24 hours to be activated within the carrier's system. We can deliver to P.O. RETURNS

Because of the special price or discount you receive, we only sell an item once. Like all returns facilities, We only accept returns if we shipped you the wrong item or misrepresented it . In this case, please contact us by phone within 48 hours and we will try and resolve as best as possible. L.D.C is not responsible for the return shipping on any item. L.D.C reserves the right to replace before refund. If it is determined that we have made a mistake then we will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by phone and the listing will be replaced/refunded in its entirety when the item arrives back here for inspection. All returns must have a rma number on the outside of the box, items received without an rma number will be ignored.

Our Inspection department are dedicated to making sure that the inspection evaluation is done correctly, however the items that are inspected can get off our hands and miss it. so we apologize and ask you to be consider contacting us before leaving your feedback.

FEEDBACK AND FINALIZING THE BID

We have 1000s of satisfied customers here at lovedesignersclothes and we leave positive feedback for all that do the same for us. Unfortunately not reading and understanding who we are and what we do has led to a few negative feedbacks from some of EBay s newer customers. New people shop at L.D.C, we ask that you please read everything here so that we can avoid any problems that might arise from mis-understanding what we do. EBay charges us a fee for every listing. After 10 days we are forced to issue a non-paying bidder alert and let eBay know that the item was never paid for. This is done only in the effort to reclaim the fee that was taken. We have no intention of leaving a negative feedback for anyone but our system absolutely will follow all the way through and leave a non-paying-bidder mark on whatever account is in question.
