This is for a Catoma Bed Net and I am not sure if its complete or in good or bad shape, I dont know and dont want to set it up. I was told its in great shape but I cant verify that. Good luck.

If the condition of your item is not to your expectations, PLEASE, PLEASE give me the chance to make things right. I am human and I do make mistakes from time to time. I am an honest seller and my top priority is to have you as a repeat customer. If the item is destroyed in transit and its my fault I will take the hit and fix the problem ASAP. If the problem was the Post Office and I did everything in my power to get the item to you safe and prompt then its a claim with them and I wont be held accountable. If the item is not as described because its not what you expected but was described then you the buyer will have to pay for all returns. If I misrepresent the item and somehow make a judgment call and its very bad then I will ensure you are taken care of, promptly and efficiently.
MY SHIPPING AND HANDLING
OK Many eBayers want to know where the Shipping and Handling goes. When I charge Handling its to make sure your item is in a package that is either safely secure with bubble wrap or a sturdy box. A small percent is for such things as transportation, supplies and other things that I cant afford to pay upfront. No one is beign cheated or overcharged, I assure you will get your items in a timely manner and safe.
