The auction is managed on eBay Giving Works by Auction Cause, a premier celebrity and brand auction management agency. All bidders must have a PayPal account to bid on this auction. A bid is a legally binding contract. Please only bid if you are 100% certain you can follow through with payment at the winning bid price promptly.
By participating in this auction, the bidder understands and agrees to eBay's terms of service as well as all terms and conditions mentioned here. We reserve the right to reject any bids at our discretion and screen all bidders. No part of the text, design, photos, video, or other content from this auction or associated pages may be used without written permission of the appropriate license holders.
PAYMENT
All sales are final, there are no refunds. Payment is required within (1) business days of the auction close unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance. We only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses and do not accept alternate address requests. PayPal eCheck payments will not be accepted for event dates less than (7) days away as eCheck payments require time for funds to clear. Failure to deliver payment within the designated time will result in default of the bid and we may select the next highest bidder. Auctions for tickets are non-transferable. Ticket brokers are not eligible to purchase tickets for resale or promotional purposes.
TAX INFORMATION
A portion of the winning bid amount made through this auction may be tax deductible. Consult with your tax adviser for more information, as we do not provide tax consulting.
SHIPPING
Please refer to eBay's "Shipping and Payments" tab for costs, carrier and other shipping information. All items will be shipped with tracking and insurance included in the shipping price unless otherwise noted.

Q: WHERE DO THE TICKETS COME FROM?
When sending millions of fans to their favorite events every year, the occasional wire is bound to get crossed. Maybe someone purchased tickets to the wrong event or bought tickets to the right event on the wrong day. When that happens, those fans are covered by the StubHub FanProtect Guarantee, which sometimes means we end up with the tickets they couldn’t use. And rather than letting those tickets go to waste, StubHub created Give-and-Go, a charity auction through eBay that allows us to donate 100% of the proceeds to the StubHub Foundation. This means that any money raised from those extra tickets goes towards helping to fund theater, sports, and music programs in schools across the country, so that the kids of today can become the stars of tomorrow.
Q: HOW WILL MY TICKETS BE DELIVERED?
Delivery will depend on what type of tickets you purchase. In the title listing the ticket type is specified (Hard Ticket, Paper Ticket, eTicket). Hard Tickets are physical traditional tickets and will be delivered via USPS or UPS. Paper tickets are eTickets that have been printed out on regular or security paper and will also be delivered via USPS or UPS. eTickets will be sent via email as attachments and will need to be printed from home. Tickets are sold in the format they are received and cannot be transferred into a different format. We apologize but paper tickets cannot be emailed.
Q: HOW SOON WILL YOU SHIP MY TICKETS?
Tickets will be mailed the same or next business day after payment received. Tickets can only be mailed to the PayPal address used to make payment. If you will need them sent to another address, please add that address to your PayPal account before making payment.
