◘ All of our games come with a case and artwork unless specified otherwise in the item description. Some of the games may include Gamers printed cover art. Our games also may or may not include an instruction manual.

◘ We cannot guarantee that our games will come with demo discs/bonus discs/key codes (if any, or instruction manual).

◘ Items also may or may not be Greatest Hits/Players Choice/Platinum Hits versions.

◘ We do provide a 30-day warranty on all our games against defects (with the exception of defects caused by customer abuse, or if sold as defective).

◘ We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping:

◘ We ship USPS First Class and any packages over 1 lb. will be shipped via UPS Ground. We will ship to U.S. residents only, and do not offer international shipping at this time. 

◘ To ensure your item is in good condition and shipped correctly, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order.

◘ We are unable to answer e-mails or send shipments on Saturday or Sunday, or on holidays. We will send out all e-mails and packages when we return on Monday morning, or the following business day.

◘ Before submitting payment please make sure your shipping address is 100% correct in eBay as that is who provides us with your shipping address.

◘ We will not be held responsible for delays due to wrong addresses you have provided us, and we cannot change an address once your item has been paid for.

◘ If an item is returned to us as a wrong address that you provided, we will need to charge an additional amount to re-ship your item.

◘ Any game lots sold and any items over 1 lb. will need a physical shipping address as these will ship UPS Ground (NO P.O. BOXES)

◘ All items under 1 lb. (usually up to 3 games) will ship USPS First Class and can ship to P.O. BOXES.

◘ All sales are final with an exception to any item received as defective. All of our items are tested before being shipped. With any defective item please e-mail us immediately with what is wrong with the item before leaving feedback.

◘ Please note we receive hundreds of emails a day and will need time to answer everyone and that we do not answer e-mails on weekends (we won't be able to respond until the following Monday) or holidays.
