Payment

Payments accepted: PayPal and All Major Credit Cards. ALL IL RESIDENTS WILL BE CHARGED IL SALES TAX. *We gladly accept PayPal! However, payments MUST be completed using eBay’s or our checkout system. Shipping

UPS OVERNIGHT SHIPPING is available on all items shipping to addresses within the U.S.  Your order must be paid by 3:00 PM CST in order to be shipped that day. You do NOT need to contact us to arrange for overnight shipping; simply purchase the item you want and choose "Next Day Air" shipping at the checkout.

 Additionally, if a listing advertises "Free Shipping", this method is NOT applicable to your location if you are located OUTSIDE of the United States.

UPS does not ship to "P.O. Box addresses". If your order has a "P.O. Box address" for the ship-to address, and you have chosen UPS shipping, we reserve the right to ship your order with USPS Priority Mail or UPS Surepost instead which can delay the shipment 1 day. To prevent this substitution, please provide a physical shipping address for all UPS orders.

Please note: Once we've shipped your order, it's no longer in our possession and we can't prevent delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Warranty & Returns

LCD Screens are manufactured under ISO 13406-2 and ISO 9241 Class 1 standards, meaning they are not considered defective unless they have multiple pixel issues. Before purchasing, you must check part numbers and model numbers to confirm compatibility. If you have any questions about the item please contact us before placing the order. Items ordered in error will be charged a restocking fee on the item's price and we will not refund the shipping charges. The restock fee for returned items is typically 10-30% depending on the return. You will be informed prior to returning the item(s) what restock fee will apply to your order. Any product being returned to us must have an RMA form included. Things that void a warranty and further business with us are physical abuse of the item, improper use, failure to return all the pieces/parts, any permanent alterations, and swearing/threatening customer service. If you need to file a damage claim contact us. International customers will have to pay all duties and taxes that occur. Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected by your country. We do not refund shipping costs for items rejected by your customs. NOTE: We process and ship orders Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
