Excluded countries (listed above) may receive shipments if insurance can be obtained through USPS. This normally requires Express shipping, and is expensive.

The merchandise description and final bid value will be entered on the customs tag and the merchandise box will be checked. Requests to do otherwise will be have access blocked, and will be reported to eBay.

 

Insurance: All items are insured. ALL claims of damage and/or non-receipt REQUIRE your signed statement before any claim will be completed. Do not order if you do not agree.

 

Sales Tax: State sales tax added for ALL California customers. There are no exceptions for any reason whatsoever.

 

Refunds and Refund Policy: Let us know if there is a problem with your order. We can't help you if we don't know what the problem is! Items must be properly labeled and packaged. We are not responsible if your returned package does not arrive safely. Refund amount will differ depending on your reason. Buyer error or remorse is subject to a minimum $25 or 25% fee. Generally, we will allow a return with a $15 or 15% restocking fee, whichever is greater. Must return item within 14 days for refund. Refund given as money back. 

Items sold as 'new' or 'sealed' are NOT RETURNABLE if opened! If, after full payment, you would like us to open and inspect the item, we will do so. If we open and inspect the item we will then guarantee the item to be in the condition stated, and thus be returnable if found thereafter to be materially different than as described.

Buyer must agree to cancel any transaction at sellers request. If you do not agree with this, please do not order.
