We aim to answer all of your questions between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

We prefer payment to be made by eBay's recommended method of PayPal; it is the easiest and most secure way of making online payments. With PayPal you are fully protected. However we also accept postal orders, personal cheques and all credit card payments. If you are making payment by post please allow extra time for the payment to clear. If payment made via PayPal is an e-cheque we will wait until payment clears before dispatching your order.

Payment should be made within 7 days of purchase.

International Buyers

We can only accept PayPal from non UK customers.

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 working days after payment has been received/cleared. We will keep you informed via email when we despatch your purchase. All packages are sent via the Royal Mail. If you require you orders to be dispatched sooner please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Signed For

If you order requires a signature on receipt and you are unavailable to accept your purchase it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office, and a card left with instructions on how you can collect it. If your purchase is not collected within 3 weeks the package will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given less the original postage costs.

Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution centre.

International Orders

We are happy to ship internationally to Europe and the rest of the World, please email us for a price, stating whether you would like your item sent via:

If there is ever a delay in the processing of your order we will always email you at the earliest possible moment and let you know.

We operate a no quibble 7 days refund and exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply message us to let us know and return the item/s to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt, in their original condition for a refund or exchange - the buyer pays the return postage costs.

When returning an item it is recommended that the delivery is sent via recorded delivery (Signed For) as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered items. If you decide to send you goods via standard post, please be sure to attain and retain proof of postage from the post office as this will help in the event of a loss. In the occurrence of an actual loss of a returned item, it is the sender's responsibility to pursue a claim with Royal Mail or the delivery company used.

Refunds will be issued within 3 days of return of purchase. Refunds will be excluding the original postage and packaging charge unless the item arrives faulty or significantly not as described.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another style, size or colour we are happy to send you an alternative or refund your money. You will have to pay return postage cost if you want to exchange your item. That can be paid to our PayPal account, the email is luvshu@live.co.uk

We All Make Mistakes

In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong item; it is not as described or is faulty we will of course do all we can rectify the situation. Please understand that mistakes can happen and if we have made any mistakes whatsoever we will issue a full refund or exchange, including postage costs. We are here to help.

Important

Please note that ALL damage claims must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Any claims for damage cannot be processed after this time. Claims cannot be accepted for damage once goods have been used. We reserve the right to charge for postage of replacements for the original item if the damaged item is returned used. The buyer is responsible for return postage.
