Wherever possible, orders are dispatched within one working day of the order date. UK orders are dispatched by courier, please allow up to 8 working days for delivery to the UK. All other destinations are sent by International standard postage and can take 10-15** Working days to arrive.

Q. What do I do if I have not received my order?

If you have not received your order after 8 working days (for UK orders) or 20** working days (for international orders), timed from receiving your dispatch notification please, initially check with your post office to ensure that they do not have the parcel.
