If the item is damaged during the shipping or has obvious defects, please contact us within 2 days after receiving it. It is buyer's responsibility to mail the defected item to us. We will either repair or replace the item for buyer, and send it back to buyer on our expense. If the item is not replaceable or repairable, we will fully refund buyer except shipping and handling fee. If buyer is not willing to mail the defect/damaged item to us, buyer must provide us with proof of the defects or damages, such as clear photo. For each parcel , we will declare the actual purchasing value except the shipping and handling fee. Please be aware that some countries will charge small amount of duties on the imported items (it is not always the case). It is buyer's responsibility to pay those duties if occurs.
