The postage price will be based on the total weight of all items purchased. Once 2 or more items have been purchased, please ask for a revised invoice and we will notify you of the combined postage cost. The weight of this item is 190g Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ can be added for £1.10 as can Guaranteed Saturday delivery. Please advise if you require this service. All payments to be made within 4 days of invoice. Non-payment will result in the item being relisted and eBay being notified of the unpaid item. Returns Returns are accepted within 14 days. We will refund the cost of the item (less our shipping costs) on safe return of the unopened, unused and undamaged item. If the item arrives damaged, we can either offer a replacement or a refund. We may require the return of the damaged item prior to issuing any refund. In these circumstances we will reimburse your return postage costs upon receipt of the item. Before any refunds are offered or returns considered, please contact us. Shipping conditions We will only ship to the address provided by PayPal. If you wish your items to be delivered to a different address, please change the address in PayPal before purchasing. All items are sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force unless otherwise stated. Non-EU sales – we will not mark any items ‘gift’ for customs purposes. Please bear this in mind when ordering as it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any relevant import taxes, duty, fees etc. Missing/non-delivered items We always get a Certificate of Posting with every item shipped. If you do not receive your item within 15 working days (UK), 20 working days (Europe), 25 working days (Rest of World), please let us know so that we can make a claim for non-delivery. We will be unable to refund the purchase costs until after the times noted above.
