international shipping and NO pick-up.
Failure to provide phone numbers for bulky items
will result in delay of shipping. We cannot send
out large items without a contact number. Please

We will ship your product within 1-2 working days
of receiving full payment. Tracking # will be sent
to your ebay and paypal account once the item is
dispatched .
We cannot guarantee the date of delivery for items.
Estimated delivery time must NOT be considered as
guarantee of delivery. In most cases
(metro and the like) it will generally just be a few
days. Large, bulky items to remote locations will
generally take the longest.
Our freight is shipped either by tracked
AUSTRALIA POST parcel, or via courier.
Sorry, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. We are
on a preset delivery run, and cannot offer express
freight on anything that won't fit into a 500g satchel.

AQUOS Inflatable Boats are covered by standard 2
(Two) Years of Limited Manufacturer Warranty.
If your boat will become defective, we will repair or
replace its hull at no charge. Damage and normal wear,
tear are not covered.
HOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY SERVICES:
1:Read information below, make sure that damage is
covered and within Limited Manufacturer Warranty time frame.
2:If it is, please make digital photos clearly displaying
nature of the damage and email or message us, along with
detailed description of the problem. We need to see
pictures showing (1) overall appearance of the product,(2)
close up of damage and (3) metal hull number plate attached
to transom, if available.
3:Please provide Date of Purchase, Dealer name or website,
Order number or Customer Name.
4:If you just received merchandise and found accessories
that are defective or damaged during shipment, please email
or message us for exchange or a replacement.
OPTIONS TO RESOLVE WARRANTY ISSUE:
1. You will take Product to the nearest Repair Shop, and we
will reimburse your cost, up to pre-approved amount, once
we will receive copy of the receipt for repairs. If
necessary, we will assist you in finding repair shop near
you and will negotiate repair costs.
2. If defect is small and will not affect normal operation
of the Product we will issue price adjustment or credit
according to the level of defect.
3. If you are able to fix problem on your own, we will
send you requested repair parts free of charge within
48 states. Example: valve replacement, D-rings,
fabric, glue, etc. We may also choose to offer you
credit or refund depending on the nature and
difficulties of repairs.
4. If damage is extensive and repair facility is not
available within reasonable distance, customer will
deliver Product to our facility for repair or exchange.
5. If small accessories, such as foot pump or paddles,
etc., have been found to be defective or damaged during
shipment, please contact us for a replacement .
