Fantasy Shoes started a few years back when I made a choice; I didn't know this choice would have have dramatic consequences. I bought some pairs of shoes. These pairs turned out to be the most important shoes in my life - they were the very foundation and cornerstone of my business, and my whole life as it is now.

At first it was a simple hobby that filled my mundane, routinely life with some, much needed, excitement. A year from the the purchase of those first, faithful pairs my life took an unexpected turn; I realized that through these shoes I can fulfill my dreams and bring a little happiness to many. This shop is the next step in what is the gradual creation of a business and life as a whole, for me and my family; for this is a family run business. We accept following payment methods:

• PayPal - most widely used payment form on internet, guarantees You 100% safety and is fastest and easiest way to pay.
• Debit/Credit cards ( via PayPal system) – We do accept vast majority of credit/debit cards, to pay by card, just press "Pay with Paypal" and tick option "Pay by credit or debit card" to use this service You dont have to have a PayPal account!
• Postal order – before paying with postal order please message us to exchange all neccesary information for successful payment.

FantasyShoes have a hassle free returns Policy, as long as they are returned within 14 days of receipt we will issue a refund or exchange minus postage costs. Simple!

We aim to dispatch all our products same working day if we have received cleared payment till 2:00PM

If order is placed during weekend or bank holidays ,item will be shipped on next working day.

(e.g. item bought on Sat/Sun will be dispatched Monday)

DELIVERY OPTIONS

For Your convenience FantasyShoes provides several delivery options:

UK Royal Mail 1st class signed for (1-2 days) *FREE*

(UK only) delivery is made using Royal Mail services, items will be sent with 1st class signed for which usually gets delivered in 1-2 working days.

Courier will deliver a parcel and request a signature on collection. If You will miss courier He will leave You a attempted delivery card, which will allow you either to rearrange delivery or collect it from Your post office when convenient.

Combined postage available.

UK Special Delivery (next day)

(UK only) next day delivery by Royal Mail special delivery services, fully trackable guaranteed next day delivery.

Europe standard Delivery (~3-9 days)

Royal Mail Airmail service tends to deliver most of parcels in EU within 3-9 days.

Unfortunately we cannot combine postage for international buyers as Royal Mail Airmail services allows only up to 2kg of parcel weight.

International Delivery

Royal Mail Airmail service with signature upon delivery, time of delivery depends form country to be posted to (usually 5-12 days)

We love to make it right for You so for easy and hassle free return please note following:

• when returning an item please provide item number and Your ebay ID(Your nickname)
• Item cannot be used/worn/ or damaged in any way and must come in original packaging
• Item must be returned in saleable condition therefore do not use tape on boxes directly but pack item with care in tamper proof packaging material
• In most unlikely event of item being faulty You are eligible to Full refund, for other reasons we will refund or exchange item, minus postage costs.
