It was powered on and functions as intended. The side lever wheel speed control in disconnected and the linkage appears to be missing ( Please refer to photos).The wheel does operate although it spins in one direction only ( Counter- clock wise ) .

It is in good physical condition, with minor scuffing from normal use.

We allow for pick-ups, at No Additional Cost, Monday through Friday from 10AM to 4PM - but loading freight items for pickup in our warehouse is limited to privately owned vehicles - we will not allow freight to be loaded onto a commercial vehicle that is not arranged by us and shipping paid for in advance by the buyer. We are always willing to offer a helping hand with loading items of any size onto your own personal vehicle.

All items must be shipped or picked up within 2 business days of the end of the auction.

NOTE TO POTENTIAL BUYERS OUTSIDE OF USA: Due to USA TSA regulations, we are unable to ship to personal addresses in international locations. If you are an international buyer, we will only be able to ship to a business address. Customs and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Our preferred payment method is PAYPAL. We also accept bank wire transfers.
