We respond to buyers’ inquiries during our normal business hours, which are Monday-Friday 9-5 and Saturday 10-3 EST. Our auctions end usually between 8-10 PM EST, we apologize if we do not see your question by the auctions’ end.

This item is guaranteed to be authentic.  We do not sell fakes or knock-offs.

Payment:
Total payment is due within 3 days from the end of the auction unless otherwise agreed.

PayPal is the preferred method of payment.

International buyers: We accept PayPal payment for international sales.

Customs fees and other legalities are to be paid and taken care of the buyer.

RETURN POLICY: All items are sold as described.  Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all photos are of the actual item being auctioned.

We accept returns only if the item is materially not as described in the auction. The buyer must contact us to arrange a return within 14 days of receipt; please do not return an item without our authorization -- we will not accept delivery of unauthorized returns (i.e., those without an authorization number written on the box). Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer; items are required to be returned with full insurance.

Please do not assume that something is included in the auction (for example, warranties, user manuals, original box, etc.), unless we state it in the description, or include photos of it.  If you have any questions about whether something is included, please email us with your question prior to bidding.

Shipping:

Please use the shipping calculator to determine shipping costs to your location.  Insurance is required.

Pickup at our location is available on all of our items, and avoids all shipping charges. 

Pickups must be paid for at the time of pickup.
